Farmhouse Elm Pruning

We pruned this mature Elm (Ulmus ~) over a farmhouse. End weight reduction over the house, removing large deadwood and a bit of structure pruning made it look so much better

Dead Trees Removed

This customer lost a number of trees due to water supply issues and wanted a hand with removing them. We took the fences down, removed the trees and then put the fences back up

Yard Rejuvenation

These Boxwoods, Dogwoods and misc. trees needed a haircut. We made it happen

Backyard Willow Removal

These Willow (Salix ~) trees over the house needed to come down. We safely made it happen

Crown Reduction

This Kentucky Coffeetree (Gymnocladus dioicus) needed some pruning. We worked out to every tip and reduced the crown in the hopes of improving the longterm structure. We'll see how it pans out after the next few years

Willow Patch Removal

We cut down this patch of Willow (Salix~) that was starting to take over the side of this customer's shop

Structure Clearance

This customer had us prune back some branches from their roofline

Tennis Court Clearance

This court had a number of branches growing over it. We pruned them back to proper laterals to ensure the health of the trees and minimize overhang

Sweetgum Takedown

This Sweetgum (Liquidambar ~) and row of dead arborvitae needed to go. We made it happen and left the wood in piles to save the customer some money

Dead Maple Takedown

Cut these two maple trees down and left the wood in piles to save the customer some money

Property Line Trimming

Reduced a number of branches from this Elm (Ulmus ~) tree that was growing over into our customers property

Arborvitae Cleanup

Hit this row of arborvitae (Thuja ~) with the hedge trimmers to cleanup the appearance and limit its expansion

Risk Reduction

Reduced end weight and risk of branch failure over public roadway of this mature Birch (Betula ~)

Residential Removal

Full removal, including stump, of a London Planetree (Platanus x hispanica ?)

Backyard Cleanup

Removal of a large Silver Lace that had grown between two fences and had become a big problem

Large Commercial Removal

Removed three mature trees (Blue spruce, London Plane, Silver maple) over the course of two weeks, including stumps

Professional Stump Grinding

We ground this stump 4-6" below surface and cleaned up all the debris afterwards

Residential Pruning

We heavily reduced end weight throughout the outer crown of this Weeping Willow (Salix babylonica) with the intent of preserving the natural beauty and minimizing future failures

Taming The Rhododendron

Using handpruners and some shears we tamed down and shaped up this hedge of Rhododendron

Ash Bored Removal

This Ash (Fraxinus ~) had suffered some major damage from a number of Lilac Ash Borers and the homeowner decided to have it removed

No Cleanup

Sometimes we get fun jobs where we do the technical work and then leave the customer with the task of cleanup. Saves us time and saves them money

Declining Birch Removal

Removed a Birch (Betula ~) tree for a seniors-only community. It had been riddled with borers, woodpecker damage and even a number of mushrooms. These poor trees aren't a good fit for Yakima's climate

Elm Removal en masse

Cut down, chipped up, and hauled off a number of Elm trees along this homeowner's property line

Property Cleanup

This back fenceline had been taken over by Elm sprouts and other leafy headaches. We removed them and also part of a Virginia Creeper that had swallowed up the fence behind the gate

Crown Reduction

This one is hard to tell the difference since the pictures were taken in different seasons. We reduced the entire crown, lifted it over the roofline as well as reduced endweight in the long, heavy, outer limbs

Stump In The Deck

This stump had swallowed up a couple water pipes and grown into and under the back patio of this house. Over the course of a long summer day the fence and deck were disassembled, stump was cut and ground out (without damaging the pipes) and then the deck and fence were re-installed

Hedge Reduction

This customer wanted to bring their hedge down to fence height and to push it back from their lawn. We made it happen

Fir Removal

Our customer wanted help removing their Fir tree. Our team made quick work of it and later came back to grind the stump

Elm Stump Removal

Client had an Elm that was quite large and had grown over their neighbor's fenceline. Enough that they weren't comfortable felling it themselves. We climbed it and removed it one chunk at a time- including the stump

Stump In The Fence

Client had a large stump growing into their fenceline. They tried hacking it down, burning it out and a few other things as well. Nothing worked so they called us in to grind it out

Apricot In Decline

This poor Apricot Tree was in rough shape. It had a large crack in the trunk and there were a number of borers making their way into the upper branches of the crown. It had progressed to the point of no return so we suggested removal

Unwanted Walnut Volunteers

The homeowner had Walnut volunteers popping up all around her property and wanted help getting rid of them
